"Great staff. Great location if ur heading to see fam or do business in Bossier. It’s my hometown, this is where I stay, can’t say enough good things about the staff, consistent delivery."

"The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us."
