"The host was super, super friendly and helpful. The location ist really good, its close to the public transportation from where you can go directly to the airport for 1.80 Euro. Its close to the center and you can mostly find scooters or bikes close for rent which makes it even easier to explore the city. The room was not super new but it is clean and you find everything you need, we can recommened it much!"
"This is very convenient for the airport but is a basic place to stay - ideal for youngster backpacking or sports teams, but not for tourists visiting Bordeaux - the staff were friendly and helpful"
"Its a very comfortable place to stay. There’s lots of things to do and see nearby. You can also find a wide range of different options where you can go eat. "
"We stayed in Novotel Bordeaux Lac for 5 days and had a lovely time! Our room was comfortable and clean, the food at the hotel restaurant was very nice, the staff kind and helpful and our 9 year old son also enjoyed the games room which had an XBox and a bar football. Highly recommended!"
"The hotel main reception and bar area is nice, with modern decor. The staff were also very friendly. The room had nice decor and very spacious and there was minimal noise from other guests. It was excellent that the hotel has a water tap offering filtered water (including sparkling) to refill.
The only minor issue was the shower head did not work properly as half of the nozzles appeared to be blocked. Also, we got to our room and 10 minutes later the service maids were knocking on seeing if we...
"Functional hotel. Accessible by tram from airport. Close to cathedral and old town. Rooms modern and functional. Good shower, kettle and coffee machine provided. Aircon did not work so slept with window open, no street noise so no problem. BBC world tv not working. "

"Fairly central position and nicely appointed rooms and general areas. I had a twin room where the bed was a single bed but comfortable. I did not try the breakfast bar. The hotel bar was nice and well appointed. The stars were friendly."

"Great value, really accommodating in late check-in, close to tram stop, all in all a comfortable stay - room / bathroom could do with a little TLC but a nice, comfortable aparthotel."
