Now for the important stuff: - Comfortable bed and pillows - Desk and chair for work - TV with lots of channels - Good water pressure - Quality soaps - Toilets that flush The only thing missing that I would have liked is a safe in the room. Great location and price. I would stay there again."

"The property itself is great. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. However, it's the small things that prevent a full five stars: 1) I need to print something out at the business center, and not only were the computers not working, the printer was only connected to one of the two computers. It took two members of staff 15 minutes so I could get something printed. Additionally, the wifi was weak and spotty, further causing the delays. 2) The drain in my bathtub was not working properly. My shower water did not drain in a reasonable amount of time and I left for an event, fully dressed in suit and tie, with the water still in the tub. It's a great hotel, but not getting the details right make it not worth the price."
