"Very simple motel-style rooms, but it was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for visiting local attractions. Also can’t beat being across the street from an excellent donut shop! Plenty of nearby restaurant options, but plan on driving — the area isn’t super walkable, nearby sidewalks and crossing signals are under construction."

"We like the hotel rooms here. Cool design and nice and quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful when we needed them. The neighborhood on the weekends and evenings is really sketchy - you wouldn't want to go anywhere besides the parking lot, directly to the casino or your hotel room."

"We stayed for two nights while attending Family Weekend at UMass. We booked a suite that had a separate living room area and kitchenette and a separate bedroom with two beds. The bedroom side of the room was quite large and spacious. The living room area was smaller than expected. They gave us an accessible room and the sink was outside the bathroom in the bedroom area. We didn’t use the pool but did use the gym and that was okay, kind of small. It was mostly cardio equipment. The area is very convenient to both UMass and things in Hadley. The beds were comfy and they provided two types of pillows, firm and softer, which was a nice touch. The sign to enter the hotel is tiny and you’ll miss it if you aren’t looking or using an gps. Overall, it was a nice stay and we’d stay there again."
