This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in – and I have travelled a fair bit. The decor in the public spaces and in the room itself was exquisite. The staff were always smiling and helpful. Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Beautiful views from rooms, dining areas and lobby. If you don’t mind walking to town, you can’t go wrong. Food at the buffet was adequate but I think that was more to match the clientele who wanted to simply chow down. Have a cerveza or sangria on the rooftop terrace and admire the views and take in the tranquility. We sure did.

The best staff! I accidentally booked one night too few and didn't realize the mistake until the last day when they called and asked if we had checked out. Desk + housekeeping went above & beyond to find another room for the extra day and move is there as when the error was pointed out to us we were several hours away from the hotel. Free coffee + tea downstairs at all hours, plus the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Easy to get a good night's sleep.
