"Room was really hot and stuffy making it hard to sleep despite opening the window and using the supplied fan. Mattress uncomfortable on one side of the bed. Room clean and nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast nice in the morning."

"The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but they didn’t do anything to ease the process. Every room that morning was freezing. They didn’t light any of the fireplaces or provide any form of apologies. We left somewhat disappointed."
