Clean and exactly what you’d expect from a Shangri-La hotel. Room was very nice and very well designed. Gym was fantastic with barbell and every weight/ machine you could ever need. Breakfast buffet was amazing with excellent service. Blown away by the hotel. 10/10. Highly recommend

Excellent facilities, new and modern. Decor was tasteful. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Automated lighting and power, blinds. Rain bird shower was wonderful. The only negative whatsoever is that the wi do signal was weak. Picked up mail easily but some apps could not refresh. That aside, perhaps the nicest facility I have stayed at in China

The staff at the hotel were exceptional! There were 4 main girls at the front desk. They brought us trays of late-night snack to our room even after we arrived back late past the snack time. They helped me find and book a spa, brought us our coffees, and on check out, even carried one of our luggages, walked us out to the Didi and loaded the luggage onto the car! This was a pleasant stay in Tianjin, very convenient and close to subway, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff and service was superb. Cleaning crew were very friendly and attentive. If we had an issue, it was dealt with immediately. We stayed for 9 nights. Very nice hotel, 10/10, would stay here again.
