"Great hotel, friendly staff and super clean. Only little far from city but if you have a car it’s not a problem."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in December. Our stay was pleasant enough. A big comfortable room. Strengths: Had a good massage at the spa Large green space for children to play. Equipment a bit old. Bar played good music and had a friendly staff member. Staff are friendly Weakness: Stairs and no lift so we had to carry suitcases up. Area nearby has some abandoned buildings Shower would be hot and then go back to cool, no in between You get what you pay for. "

"Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. "Good points - friendly and hardworking staff Food was excellent, a lot of choice and flavourful Room was spacious and clean Good value for money Bad points- the constant and so so loud music from next doors hotel sadly spoiled our holiday. We couldn’t even think it was horrendous Pool was a bit overcrowded and we couldn’t get any sun loungers, it’s a bit of a small pool for such a large hotel Entertainment in the evenings could have been better."

"The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best."

"There are no safes in the room, the room is the first floor and there are no locks on the door so we don’t feel safe. We purchased this as all inclusive and have been told the pay for a safe and then I was told there were no available safes. We door of the closets are broken."
