Clean rooms, friendly staff always smiling, very enjoyable activities especially in the swimming pool (the water polo and competitions and the water slide), good and reasonable price for an ultra-inclusive resort especially being a family concept, my 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter enjoyed every moment which by itself filled us with joy and happiness, this is the third time for me at this resort and I am extremely willing to revisit it in the future
Great food friendly helpful staff everywhere in hotel ( only English person here so you could feel a bit lonely) the place has a lovely feel to it nice atmosphere
The hotel was nice, there is a lot of thing to do there with kids, they had a lot of fun.
The food was good, a lot from all, all the time.

Family Trip
Hotel is big and away from the city family oriented but not much of kids activities
Food not bad and reasonable however staff are very rude and lack the welcoming aspect very hard to communicates with or even do the extra mile for the comfort of their guests price is exaggerated compared to the value you get overall was ok
I recently stayed at Orange County Belek - Family Concept and had a mixed experience. The cleanliness and food were excellent, and the staff at the kids' area were amazing, providing a great experience for my family. I also appreciated the good options available for children. However, the room service was disappointing. Despite the positive aspects, the service responsiveness needs improvement
It’s a good 40 minutes from Antalya Airport. The Hotel was well set out with nice rooms, a spacious main dinning room with varied and traditional food of excellent quality. Staff do work hard. Outside eating areas were very good with ice cream available 1200 to 1600. You will notice many cats around these areas. As you walk out to the beach you have a couple of bars (all the bars tend to have one server most of the time, which is poor) one on a jetty. The children’s play areas and pool looked very good. The main swimming pool was also, very good.
There is an incredible number of staff working around this Hotel. However, we found the service at times to be poor with long queues and a basic All Inclusive drinks menu. There was no table service in the bar or restaurant. There was also, a door left open to the smoking area that allowed smoke to drift in to the bar area, which was not nice. When things got really bad with serving Vegin, the tall chap stepped into save the day. He was everywhere. A credit to Orange County. The main bar area inside is comfortable, clean but lacked a cosmopolitan feel.
Reception is helpful, but we wanted a late check out that cost $65.00, but it was not available and that was following the Hotels advice. On the last day our orange bands were cut off and replaced by yellow ones which meant no alcoholic drinks and with a lack of instruction from the Hotel we felt out of sorts until 1845 when we left. Cost was good. I may go back.
This is my favorite all inclusive in the area. I’ve been to several over the years, including this one 4 years ago. There are plenty of seats and the beach, kids pool or main pool. The buffet food is excellent, lots of salad, veggie dishes and meat dishes. We were there on a Friday night (not sure if they have this every night) but they had fresh sushi and an Asian kitchen with fried rice, a noodle dish and tempura chicken. All were excellent. My picky eater kids enjoyed these dishes. They also have typical kids food like onion rings, fries, potato wedges and spaghetti. Several soups. I really loved the buffet.
During the day at the pool, servers walk around with varied items. My daughter was at the right place and right time for donut holes. My husband and myself were offered chocked wrap sandwiches, some of my kids encountered a server with a cooler of ice cream bars. The are have a chips stations with different sauces right near the pool.
The beach was a large wooded pier with a bar, many chairs and a platform to jump off of.
The food makes or breaks the hotel for me and this one gets 5 stars from me. Also I love that it’s on the beach, not all of the all inclusives here are on the beach but this one is.
I’d also like to add the most of the staff I encountered spoke English with no issues and everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel receptionist Ferdi, was very helpful and check in and check out. Thanks again!
