"The property is beautiful. We have no complaint about that. The bed I was in was quite lumpy for my comfort. We were only there for one night so not a big deal. The heat did not work in this room; it would only blow cold air. They could not move us. Eventually, they brought us space heaters. We live up the coast and frequently are in Santa Rosa for errands and appointments, so the price point was great and the location is convenient. Hopefully, this gets fixed, but be aware that in the cooler months, you might need to ask for the space heaters instead of doing the maintenance dance for hours and then being told they cannot move you because you've "used the room"."

"Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos don’t do it justice… the property is even better in person. Everything was meticulously clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully upgraded, and the beds were genuinely comfortable.The view of Bodega Bay is breathtaking. We kept finding ourselves just stopping to take it in. Location was super convenient too, which made the whole trip that much easier.The host was fantastic throughout. Communication was quick and responsive the whole time, which always makes a trip less stressful.We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back."
