"We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows...

"This is not a very large unit, but it is in great condition. I think it’s perfect for two adults, but I’d be hesitant to put many more people in there. I got the impression that most of the appliances are brand new, and I know that the sofa is. I had a little bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi password and with one of the electric blinds, but they were rapidly fixed by the property manager. He was very responsive ! The unit is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it’s an end...

"This CO condo was very clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. The condo was spacious and accommodated the three of us well. All modern amenities inside. We had direct access to a beautiful part of the beach. The atmosphere of the condo community is warm and family friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a luxurious vacation just steps from the beach."

"Was perfect. Great location. Property just as advertised. Close to Cappy’s market which has everything including great food. Would suggest getting a golf cart to get around. Is 15 minute ride to Gasperilla. Beautiful marina view. And for us. Was very quiet. We will return . Oh btw. Manatees wandering the marina!!"

"This property was located on the beach. The location is 10/10. It’s a short drive to restaurants, grocery etc. we were a family of 5 and rented a golf cart to get around. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kids had fun in the pool & beach. Adults enjoyed the BBQ grill and lounge area. The kitchen is stocked with every utensils/ tool you can imagine. Definitely a good rental for a cook or family looking to cook every day. "

"We have stayed at this house before. The location is outstanding but if you have a boat, you will need to find another place to keep it, as this house is not on the water but it is a very short walk to beach. Also a very short walk to downtown Boca with many shops, restaurants, etc. There are two marinas close by, can walk but quick golf cart trip, but call way in advance to get a slip. There is little market on the island but would advise a stop at Publix just a few miles before you come over...
