"The resort was nice. The pool loungers needed cleaned. It was non-peak and we had to wait for pool towels. The room was nice sized king but needed a couch to sit on as only one chair was in room. Bed was very comfortable!"

"I reserved an accessible room with roll-in shower. The room was spacious enough to use a power wheelchair easily. My problem with the room is that it wasn't on the 1st floor. If there is a fire and evacuation is needed the elevators are not recommended. Handicap accessible rooms should be on ground floors."

"We enjoyed many aspects of the home and our trip overall, but there were several issues that significantly impacted the experience.The biggest frustration was the confusion surrounding the pool and spa heat. We were initially told the heating system was unavailable and that neither the pool nor spa could be heated. However, the spa was later activated remotely through an app, and after eventually receiving instructions, we were able to operate it ourselves. Since the pool and spa share the same heater, it appeared the pool heat could likely have been enabled as well — especially frustrating because we had offered to pay for pool heat upfront. Clearer communication would have made a big difference.There was also a miscommunication regarding late checkout. We were offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout via text, accepted immediately, and received confirmation that our request had been received. Since no one advised otherwise, we reasonably assumed it had been approved. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew arrived before 11:00 AM asking why we were still there, which led to a rushed and uncomfortable departure.Additionally, there were a few maintenance and usability issues that should be addressed, including a bedroom door that would not close because it caught on the carpet, a broken chair that appeared to be a safety concern, and limited seating in the family room for larger groups."
