"Every detail was attended to. The cottage was so new and clean with all the conveniences and no clutter. Poor Matlacha got hit hard by the hurricane BUT it felt great to support the local businesses as they recover and to come home to our cottage and spa/pool on the water. Just LOVED it!"

"We did not even stay at this property thanks to the host. We were about an hour away from the property when the host finally contacted us to let us know he double booked. He tried blaming VRBO stating that he tried contacting them. We ended up having to get a hotel room in which we then contacted VRBO and had no problem getting in touch with them and no problem getting a hold of them."

"We visited Grandma who lives nearby for her 88th birthday. We loved the size of the house which was perfect for 5 adults. "We really enjoy this resort. This is a new facility right on the water. They offer about 11 restaurants and several bars. They even offer a small convenience store. Once you arrive, you never need to leave. Find a massive pool at the ground floor and for $20, use the pool club on the roof. Beautiful views of the harbor, sunset, bar & restaurant on the roof. We really don’t want too many folks to know about our new favorite place but we can’t keep it a secret. Absolutely fantastic facility. They offer a golf course but they don’t offer a beach on-site. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we do. Really wish they offered an all inclusive option. Looking forward to our next getaway to the Sunseeker! "
