This charming 1-bedroom cottage is just a 3-minute stroll from sandy shores and stunning Gulf sunsets. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including a grill, shared laundry, WiFi, and cozy back patio. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to parks, kayaking, and waterfront dining. Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler are provided for your use. Relax, explore, and make unforgettable memories in this beautiful paradise! This adjoining duplex is near Stump Pass State Park Beach and Englewood Beach. You have access to 3 kayaks and 2 bicycles for each side (If there are more guests, feel free to ask your neighbors to use the bikes from the adjacent unit). Each side has a private patio, picnic tables and a grill. The property has shared laundry and a shared outdoor shower for use as well! You will have the use of beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, shark tooth hunting supplies, keurig and Mr. coffee , shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also available for you! Decorating is gorgeous, bed delightful and the short walk to beach every morning was priceless. The kitchen was superbly stocked as was the entire unit. The owner/manager has thought of everything! The unit was immaculate, in fact it may be the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in over many years. They provide plenty to do from two bicycles for cruising, a few kayaks and indoor games. The kitchen was stocked if you chose to stay in and cook. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with.
