Loved the location and the decor was outstanding! Your management team and the owners need to know several issues we had. The gas fireplace didn’t work as remote was missing. Also the large TV in living room didn’t work. They sent someone out but not till next day and very nice man came. Still no remote so he showed me manually how to work it. He actually found a connection to TV not plugged in and fixed it. So now all is good till last night when I guess gas fireplace ran out of gas as it quit working so I turned it off. That should not have happened! I am sure owners wouldn’t like to hear this. All in all had a fabulous time and loved the cabin and would stay there again. After being deployed for three straight anniversaries we were final able to be together this year and everything was beyond perfect. The location on the mountain, the neighborhood, the coziness of the cabin, all it’s amenities, and the level of patriotism is unparalleled. We couldn’t have ask or needed anything more than this.
