"This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The property listing was completely misleading. It advertised WiFi (there was none), two Queen beds (only one Full bed was in the unit), and a working smart lock—which failed within hours. I never received the access code or unit number until after the scheduled check-in time, and only because I asked. Streaming services and laundry facilities are provided, along with restocked supplies and snacks. The fully equipped kitchen has coffee, a stove, dishes, and a microwave. I highly recommend staying with her in Allen."

"It was very nice & clean! There were just a couple of things- no extra sheets for the inflatable mattress, which we were told would be delivered at some point during our stay but never did receive them. Another thing was the couch, it definitely needs an update! It’s a little itchy from the fraying. And lastly, would have loved to have a TV in the room along with a dresser for more storage! But overall enjoyed our stay! Great and quick communication."

"The property was very clean, and the host was highly responsive, which we appreciated. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The beds appeared to be smaller than standard queens, which was a bit unexpected. While a hair dryer was listed among the amenities, one was not provided during our stay.Additionally, the unit lacked sufficient furniture to accommodate the number of guests it can host.
