Clean room, real coffee pods, plenty of plugs for charging up our electrical items decent bath towels, plenty of free parking, easy on/off the freeway, plenty of eating establishments around, close to the airport and a stay & fly program. The best we've been to in Sacramento. This is our permanent keeper!"

"I bookes the hotel because it had a hot tub, but it was broken. We asked if a neighboring property had one for us to use, they said no. I got a text the next day asking how my stay was, I told them of my frustration and they ghosted me and never responded. They next day at breakfast, when 10am rolled around, they, turned the lights off in the food area when a little girl was waiting for her waffle with her mother. They were so worried about cleaning up, they forgot about their guest.mother. It was very rude. Wpuld not stay again. rudetoaboumfruatration"

"The lobby was nice and check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was very large and spacious. It was so big that it seems to be missing a small sofa or lounge chair. I was disappointed with the tattered duvet & window blind. Also the windows were dirty and the door frame and the door itself seemed to have had a patch work paint job in an off color paint. The bed was comfortable and my room was quiet, but lacked TLC."
