"Our host was amazing. He communicated quickly and effectively, also responding within just a couple minutes to messages. The home was extremely clean and was a great location. Plenty of extra little amenities that made a huge difference from the beach chairs and umbrella to. the Bluetooth speaker and extra little amenities. The golf cart and hot tub were amazing and got used daily. Thank you so much, we look forward to staying with you again!"

"The house was gorgeous. Very well kept up, clean, great location and great amenities. The only thing g we would have liked were baskets for the bikes, but this was absolutely a 5 star house and would be happy to stay there again!"

"The propertt and stay for the most part was great.. My only issue was the golf cart. I put in a lot of work to be on Vacation. It broke down in the middle of the road 2X. The first time it broke down we was not even a 1/4 mile from property, we called and they came right away. The second time.. They didnt answer nor return the call AT ALL!! We had to push it back to the property with a lil help from the neighbors. We was completely left stranded.. Everything else was perfect.. But it sucked because the golf was the reason for renting the property.. I was intending to rent again foe spring break until they tried to charge me a late fee saying we left late when we was gone on time... But just make aure you check that golf cart work otherwise ... like myself you will be paying for things you will not get.. FYI they didnt even credit me money back.. "

"Pool was nice but cool (March) conveniently located to restaurants and beach coffee shop and other stores . Wonderful area ! House is roomy and comfortable and well stocked ! Not our first stay with Pinkie and certainly not our last!!! "

"Great location in center of Blue Mountain Beach. Easy walkable access to food, shopping and beach. Having the bikes and golf cart was a major plus! Neighborhood was quiet and very clean as well. Loved being next door to the pool for easy access if we didn’t want to go to the beach one day. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for larger family. My only suggestion would be to add a little more sitting furniture or maybe a large sectional in the living room for larger crowds or families. Overall great communication, great house, great location. We would definitely reserve it again. "

"We had a great stay! The host was very fast in his response and had extra wash cloths delivered within 45 minutes after we did not seem to have enough! My only complaint was only one person can shower at a time. If more than one shower was on at a time there was zero water pressure. We’ve stayed at a different unit here before and didn’t have that issue, so it was odd! But we made it work by only having 1 person shower at a time. Didn’t bother us too much! Property was cleaned and well stocked! Location is perfect and boat driver is so fun and quick!"
