False advertising on Expedia website regarding room details. Rude and hateful treatment by all staff members. First room assigned to us had open window that would not latch shut. When we asked to change rooms due to security concerns, staff was even more hateful and rude. Second room that was assigned had zero hot water and absolutely no water pressure. So we were unable to use the shower/bath.Worst experience booking through Expedia that I have had by far.

Front desk staff was super friendly, several dining options - only got to try two of them, but both great, room was very nice. Only complaint is the typical low water pressure in the shower, which seems to be an issue at every hotel for some reason?
