« Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. There was a horrid smell of bleach which didn't...

« Accueil un peu froid et sans émotion pas trop accueillant. Un cours sur le sourire ferait du bien à bon nombre de personne. Demi-pension à recommander. Petit déjeuner trop simple pour un hôtel qui se veut un 4 étoile. Emplacement superbe avec vue magnifique. En voiture pas facile d'accès (route très étroites). Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Malgré le personnel pas toujours sympatique (sauf au souper le soir), nous avons passé un beau séjour »

« The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. Other than the noise and parking, everything else was...
