The dinner was very well done, other then that not much else positive to say about the property

We were warmly welcomed by Kaley (hope I remember and spelled correctly), Shr kindly offer to help with the luggage and accompanied us to the room, explained in details every amenities in the room( the Nespresso coffee machine and capsule, the varieties of black team and coffee bag( not instant coffee) , the electric shower, etc. the room was very clean and with modern decoration, there are full set of shower things. I felt very cozy and safe. A bit regret that we only stayed one night.

Fab hotel in a great location just a 5 minute walk from Central or Queen Street train stations. The hotel is spotless, staff helpful and breakfast hearty. Highly recommend.

Spacious, clean room, great location for trains

apartment was not clean, items in the sink, discarded cigarettes and bird droppings all over the balcony, unclean items of glassware in the kitchen. The bathroom ceiling had collapsed, with water pouring in from above. I did raise this with maintenance and they did repair it, however before that there was no debris so they had clearly cleaned up the plaster mess and then left the hole and leak unrepaired before I contacted them. The flat is really noisy, with a nightclub enveloping the rear (and a very unsightly rear view) and also a homeless camp out the front on the street with shouting and police until the early hours, and mess during the day. It felt quite unsafe to arrive and leave the apartment, even in daylight hours. I raised it with management and they offered me a discount on my next stay, which must be some kind of joke. Be warned.
