"Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a couple of issues that negatively impacted my experience. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning in Room 419 was not working properly. Instead of blowing cool air, it was blowing warm air, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during the night. Another major issue was the parking situation. The hotel parking lot was full, and I had to park in another hotel's parking lot. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Guests should not have to worry about finding parking or parking at a different property. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, particularly the air conditioning and parking availability, to improve the experience for future guests."
