"The first room, #612, had an overpowering mildew smell. The AC in the second room, #707, had been set at 61. I turned the heat on. Later, my husband turned AC back on and a terrible sour odor came out of it. Scared it was a health hazard, he turned it off. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. It had a hole under the overflow and by the drain. "Maintenance" came and said the tub was simply stained. I asked him to bring some bleach to remove the stains. Instead, he did a cursory wipe down of the tub. I pointed out the holes as a hazard and said they needed to be addressed as such. Water going where it shouldn't can lead to black mold. I then asked him to fix the phone. He said that the guy who could fix it wouldn't be there until Monday. It was Thursday. I asked him to go get a phone from another room. He ignored the request. He didn't even pick up the receiver to verify it didn't work. Next, the carpet was filthy. I have pictures of the tub and carpet. If I could have bottled the odor, I would have. I have never left a bad review until now. This place, except for the lobby, did not appear to be properly maintained. Lastly, the walls both external and internal are so thin that it's like standing on the hwy. I could understand the words of my neighbors through the wall."

"This hotel is in the perfect location close to shopping & restaurants. The Westin rooms are a nice size and very clean. The staff was amazing."

"We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition. "

"The hotel was excellent, it was clean, smelled wonderful, amenities were better than most other hotels, comfy beds and excellent continent breakfast. Franchel, at the front desk, was friendly, funny, very competent and helpful. We will definitely continue to stay at Hampton Inn, it never disappoints."

"The drain in the shower was partially blocked with standing water. We were told that it was fixed, but that was not the case. The stopper in the sink didn't work. The breakfast had a very poor selection, many of the items on the menu not available and those were of poor quality. The price of the few breakfast items available was excessive."
