"Great spot. Hot tub and sauna were wonderful."

"We stayed with out kids and our dog in a family room. The kids loved that there was a pool, water slide and hot tub. I liked the family room as we had seperate bedrooms and small kitchen and living area- lits of space. The hotel does look dated on some ways, but is in line with what I would expect for the price point and what we needed the hotel for. It didn't negatively ompact our stay- as it was still clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there was a TON of dog feces and cigarette butts on the surroundong lawns/hotel property where you can take your dog outside. I felt bad for the hotel staff that more people didn't pick up after their pets, or bother to use ashtrays to dispose of cigarette butts (toxic to dogs if eaten - so not happy they were everywhere). This is something that guests should do out of common courtesy."

"This hotel has gone down hill. The couch and chair in the room were dirty with multiple stains on them. The breakfast was cold and not good at all. No more containers of yogurt just a big fishbowl of it with a soup ladle "

"Breakfast ends at 10am and I got there at 930am and was todl they were packing up and there was nothing left "

"Upon check in I was told that the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to a maintenance issue. I asked if this would be reflected in the room rate. Without so much as checking the rate I had booked the room at the front desk attendant said the room was already listed at its lowest rate. Regardless of what the lowest rate is, if an advertised amenity is unavailable, there should be some form of response other than a condescending prefabricated line. The staff at this location is doing a disservice to the Hilton brand and are in need of corporate retraining."
