The room was generally clean and it was quiet night of sleep(despite being on the bottom floor).
Three concerns: the lamp closest to the front door didn't work, the shower/tub area had a little tile mold, and the bed was a bit old requiring sleep position to be in the center of mattress.
Front desk folks cordial and offered to put me in another building for top floor room but in the end they had prepped and heated my room so I went with the assigned room.

The hotel itself and the room were nice and clean, but the staff were rude and made everything difficult. Definitely looking for ways to charge extra fees. Very unwelcoming feeling.
