I have stayed at this property for the past number of years. And in all that time I've had only one inconvenience. The fridge did not work. However, the staff did everything possible to fix or replace the fridge. Neither could be done, so when I checked out the manager most

The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit tables in the evening. The front desk folks were lovely and helpful (even though they couldn't switch rooms for us.) And the ocean, of course, was right out front and that was the whole reason for going there.
