8/10 Very good! (66 reviews)
Very clean property and room. Close to the airport with a free shuttle both ways. Super friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel and will continue to stay when arriving in Accra before flying out the next day.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (182 reviews)
Very basic service and check-in lady (host) was rude and not in the right role as she lacked any customer service skills. Took 3 rooms before an ok room was provided - due to non-locking doors, no safe. Even then I had to wait for maintenance to fix entrance and bathroom door so I wasn't fighting with the doors all the time. The gym wasn't air conditioned and breakfast poor - not continental at all. Limited to 4 choices. Water, tea/coffee only provided on first night and only one of these. I was offered once during stay if I wanted linens changing.
