"Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. "Super convenient to Longbridge Station for easy access to Birmingham New Street and the University of Birmingham. Lovely staff on arrival. Room was clean as was the bathroom with tea and coffee at an excellent price. Would definitely consider using as a base again"
