Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb. Staff at desk admit to poor safety compliance and apologised but manager was dismissive and unhelpful ...

Hotel states it has on site parking which is true, however, only offers 6 parking spaces and therefore you will need to park in the multi storey car park which costs £17.50 per day. Breakfast options are very limited, I would recommend avoiding breakfast in the hotel and getting something in Birmingham ...
