"Our booking was for a non-smoking room. When we arrived at the property, we were told the booking was for a smoking room, I showed them my reservation and they told me that Expedia made a mistake and booked a smoking room. Despite seeing my booked reservation, they refused to change my room. The room was clean, however smelled very strongly like smoke. Room did look very old and outdated, refrigerator was pretty beat up. I contacted Expedia and they told me there was nothing they could do about it unless the property was willing to accommodate. Breakfast was good, and Staff was polite."
