The floors in the hallway and in our room are so grimy. They wash the floors daily, but never rinse any of the cleaner off of the floor. I walked barefoot in our room and it felt like grease on the floor. I took a white bathroom towel and wiped the floor by pushing the towel around with my feet. It was BLACK. Took it to the front desk and they basically did nothing but shrug their shoulders. Bed was never made. The breakfast fruit looked like it was weeks old. Bread was dried out. Bathroom has a pedestal sink and no where to put your toiletries, no coffee pot in the room, noise levels from outside traffic, very hot in the common areas. The men staff were nice but any time I spoke to a woman about anything you could tell they didn’t want to be there at all.
