It was just a over night stay but we had dinner at the restaurant inside of the hotel. It was very good but way overpriced

Gorgeous room with balcony. Felt like we were in the Caribbean with all the decor. Pool was amazing, food at Land Shark was delicious. So happy to spend our anniversary there.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating the room had really nice showers and soaps, but the pull out couch had stains, a rip, and was very uncomfortable to rest on. The room was all so very noisy cars and the mechanical room could be heard the whole night I hardly got rest.

It was all pretty good.

I initiated this review based on Expedia asking how my check in was. We checked in, late evening (just after 10pm). Went to our assigned room (after being asked if we really needed a double bed room - yes, that's what I requested/reserved). That room, upon opening, had someones suitcases present and it was obvious someone staying there. Thank goodness we were not walking into someones room. Back to checkin, they apologized got us a new room, but the whole time we are questioning security here, safety, etc but also stuck as we were here with thousanda across the city for a huge volleyball tournament (with kids) - and had no interest in the casino offerings, just a clean bed and bath. The hotel offered very little in regards to apology and 'said' upon checkout they waived the resort fee. But the price I paid was exactly the expedia agreed price. Because we were with other teammates, we did not move, but I couldn't recommend staying here unless you are here for the casino, which is not us.
