Big Timber Island Vacation Packages

Could have had more tp and bathroom supplies. Beautiful views. Lake access. Super updated.

We loved the owners’ focus on sustainability and using products and decor from local artisans in this “art community.” The location was very convenient, quiet, and within walking distance of North House Folk School, restaurants and artists’ galleries. We will be back!

The room was clean and spacious. The fireplace was a nice bonus. The view out the window was amazing (we were there during peak-leaf viewing for fall colors). The thing I did not like was that you had to walk down a hill to get to your room. There was poor lighting/no lighting to walk down at night time. The bulb by our door was unscrewed, so it was dark on the porch until we found it was not screwed in all the way. I have issues with walking, so it would have been nice to know (in the description of the room) that I would have to walk up and down a small hill (it wasn't really steep-just a long slow sloop). But when you have walking issues it can be hard, especially if it is raining.
