"Few things for improvement. 1) The floor of the room was VERY squeaky, it was hard to walk without making lots of noise. 2) The fridge was also noisy, elevator was making weird sounds. 3) Water in the shower was randomly fluctuating between cold and hot, I had to shower with cold water half way through shower and my wife almost burnt herself! 4) Cleaning items were stored very close, almost touching water fountain for drinking water! 5) Reception was very terse and not polite enough to listen to customer’s concerns."

"First they gave us a room already with guest, made us walk back and forth to get another room, room wasn’t clean, toilet overflow, very old heating system made so much noise throughout the night. Just horrible"

"We appreciated the self serve no-frills yogurt and coffee pods in their charming dining area. The entire inn is historic. Only one point: the mattress was not supportive. If you have back issues you might need to request a room with a firm mattress. The Deckers room would not be that choice though that particular room was spacious and enchanting. Parking available and convenient. Air-conditioning and heating available. Television with Netflix via Roku."
