"Everything was great except the pool. We were looking forward to enjoying the adult only hour but there were several routy kids from 3 different parties there. The front desk told me I should have come up there and they would have sent security. I'm not going to the front desk in my wet bathing suit, freezing cold. They should have security routinely check out the pool at 9:00 or 9:15."
