« This is a wonderful property to stay at. Well off the beaten path, getting to the cabin is half the fun! It suited my needs perfectly and was very nice to stay in. « My family (teenagers to grandparents) stayed at this beautiful house for the weekend of my older son’s graduation at Cornell. The house was unbelievable; the pictures don’t do it justice! Amazingly restored with spacious rooms, gorgeous porches and a fantastic yard, this house was perfect for the eight of us. It was an easy 40 minute drive to Ithaca. The town, Elmira, has clearly seen better days, but it still offers a few nice parks and is close to other attractions. »

« We loved this property! It was secluded and peaceful, yet close to town & amenities. The cabin is very spacious and so nicely kept. Not at all cluttered like some places we've stayed. « The property was comfortable, clean, and well kept. It felt like being home. The beds were comfortable, and there was adequate space for the 4 of us. The grocery, pharmacy, etc. were all within a 10-minute drive. The only thing that didn't work out for us was the 10am checkout. We felt a little rushed. Overall, it was a great stay. »

« This a unique property with very good energy. It is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Jennifer was delightful and brought us wine, cheese, crackers and salami - a wonderful treat to share with our guests. The kitchen was well appointed and we made pancakes and eggs for our family that we visited. All were very interested to see inside the property. I would stay there again in an instant! »
