This was a very nice apartment hotel, close to downtown and with a cute cafe located right downstairs. I will warn for those needing overnight parking, check the street signs as not all streets allow overnight parking on certain nights. When parking get filled in front of and on the side streets, it can be difficult to find a spot. Would recommend to travel light as there is no elevator. The room was spacious and nice with lots of sunlight coming in. Would recommend for sure

Everything was unique especially the automated system. Enjoyed the spa. We had some difficulty using the living room tv. Could not find local channels. Everything was LG channels. Otherwise the location, decor and amenities was extraordinary. We will tell our friends about this wonderful place.

Me and my fiance (then girlfriend) stayed here about 10 years ago and it was great. We decided to try it again and boy was it a mistake. I’ll say what was good, the bed! Very comfortable and the pillows were solid. Now to the bad…. By the window you could tell water got it a month or so ago and there was water damage on the wall leading to the baseboard, which was a brownish colour. A quick wipe down with a clearer would help and a few strokes of a paint brush would do it wonders. There was no bar soap or hand soap in the bathroom, luckily we brought own. And the worst part…. The mini fridge had left over spaghetti in a Tupperware container!! The TV in the room is a flat screen but has to be one of the old school original models. It definitely isn’t a smart TV that offers apps. There is cable in the room but might have 30 of the 200+ channels on the guide. The breakfast was very mid as well and the coffee had a cleaner taste to it. Also the toilet might have had work done to it recently as I didn’t feel like it was fully in place.
In closing! If the ownership has changed since the last time I was here, they REALLY let it go downhill bad! If you’re stuck, it works for a night, but if you plan on staying for a few days go elsewhere and spend the extra money!

"The leak in my room at 3:45am was not great and being told to vacate at 8:30am and come back later in the day to switch rooms was not ideal given I checked in at 9:15pm. Great staff at the desk getting me a new room right away despite what I had been told. Much better than except the fridge froze ..."
