"STAFF WALKED INTO MY ROOM WHILE I WAS INDECENT! NO KNOCK, NO WARNING!!! Room was unclean with poop/blood smeared on the wall. No staff to do my check in, so I had to do a remote check in with giving info over ghe phone and retrievingmy room key from a lock box located OUTSIDE of the hotel. Made a review on Yelp and it is worth the read. "

"If you’re heading to big-bear this is the cutest most aesthetic cabin to stay at. Check-in is remote and simple. Not only are they responsive to texts but extremely accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the cabins are always clean, everything is provided in the kitchenette along with bbqs outside. Highly recommend staying here and this is our go to now when visiting big bear. "
