They even allowed us to add a guest at the last minute and arranged extra beds without any hassle. "Great stay at this Motel. The manager/owner was super friendly and kind checking us in with a welcoming smile. The room was very comfortable and modern but shows some minor signs of aging but not a big deal. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated an excellent breakfast which included eggs, sausages, hash browns, toast, cereal, yogurt and pancakes!!!. So great to be able to have this then get underway to continue our journey. It is only 10 mins from Baddeck where lots of activities were taking place. Be sure to take in the Baddeck Gathering Community Ceilidhs at the community hall at 6 Margaree road in town. They are so fun!!!"

"Great location, an easy walk to restaurants etc. Staff was very helpful and gave us a thorough orientation, including to the Cabot Trail, upon checkin. In-house restaurant looked lovely, but we ended up not going there because we got back too late (and it does look a bit pricey). The rooms were comfortable but we moved some small furniture items around so we had a place to set our bathroom things and had sufficient nightstand space."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Since no breakfast included, a coffee maker would have been nice. Main complaint was how long it took to warm up. Our stay was on a chilly October night and the room was freezing. Took us a moment to get the heater working, Luckily we had sleeping bags to add to the bed, by morning it was comfortable."
