The hotel & staff were great, breakfast good with a wide choice, the meals at the bar had a good choice, but the only thing I would say was the the food needs to be hotter & be served on hot plates, from the bar, the food was served warm, but but buy the time you half-way through eating, it is cold.
All staff were very helpful in forfilling all & any request.

Clean room. Small for 3 people with little room for manoeuvre.
Need to be okay with lifts, as 17 floors.
Good breakfast included.
Friendly staff and in an easy position to reach the train station and the city centre.

The stay was perfect, they gave us a complimentary upgrade as it was my girlfriend’s birthday and the room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant and bar were lovely. 10/10 stay, would definitely come here again.

Spent 3 nights at the cotteswold House. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a 5 minute walk from Bibury, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the cleanliness and house keping top notch, the breakfast is amazing and the host Ricardo is such a nice and helpful guy.
