Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch turned out to be the a wonderful, much appreciated, last minute substitute for our 2 boys to wrap up summer before getting ready to go back to school. We had planned and reserved accommodations on the Guadalupe river near Hunt. While our thoughts and prayers are with everyone effected by the flood, we are vert thankful you provided us with the perfect back-up plan..... Thanks

There is a lot of Construction around the property which is not the Hotels fault. They only have Valet Parking with no parking lots around because of construction. So, if you drive and park overnight expect to pay an additional $90 per night. Or when you book make sure you book your room with parking included. Also there is no food service after 11:30 pm unless you have made reservations to the rooftop which is 21 and over. The Staff is excellent and knew the area well, as they had recommended is to Bar Loretta for a late night dinner which was exceptional! So if the hotel did have a late night menu, my family would have never had the great experience of our wonderful meal at Bar Loretta!

Food was good although the 22% in room dining service fee seemed a bit much. If there was an option to waive the service fee if I picked up the food myself would have been acceptable. Room was clean and comfortable but it got very hot sometimes although the AC was set to 68. Maybe if there was a room fan or better temperature controls.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Valeting was convenient, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the hotel and room was modern and stylish. My only complaint was that the AC in our room didn’t seem very powerful and the lights would turn off and on, on their own which was strange. We didn’t ask anyone who worked there about it since we didn’t stay for very long. But those were the only things that bothered us a little about our room. Would have been nice as well if the room had a mini fridge. We will most likely stay here again the future though since it was very clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff was very friendly.

Very clean hotel, super nice staff and affordable. Only thing i did not like was that during breakfast time. the floors were very messy. cereal, and milk on the floor, as well as floor being slippery which was a hazard for guests,
