Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used.
Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful.
I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

"This was a one night stay with an early checkout so did not have time to try out the breakfast, had a lovely room with a bath and comfy bed, the tv had a wide selection of channels , the hotel itself adjacent to Brussels midi so ideal for the airport shuttle bus . And tube to the grand palace for ..."
