Main issue was the check in- granted it was late in the evening however we waited over 20 minutes as the only poor member of staff on was working the bar as well as reception. Air conditioning in the rooms has been switched off and they provide a fan which was needed but noisy. Rooms are dated but bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try breakfast as having read some reviews we decided to give it a miss. Overall an okay stay for one night

Free parking, buffet breakfast and clean rooms. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Only down side was that the drinks are expensive but you expect that.

Room was very big and clean with a huge window and a lovely view of the Liver Building . Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Nice bar with outside space and views .
