"This is a lovely property. The grounds were very well kept and the flowers in the gardens are beautiful! The room was very nice - my only complaint is the floor in the bathroom and the tub. The river rock floors are very uncomfortable to walk on at 2 am when you get up to use the bathroom. The look is beautiful- but not the best for walking on. Walk-in showers are much better- if you're older than it can be difficult to climb in and out of a tub. Overall the hotel is beautiful! We had dinner at the onsite restaurant. The food was good and the service excellent. "

"My husband and I came for a mom and dad get away and this was the perfect house to do so! It was BEAUTIFUL inside and out! Being able to wake up and walk right out on to the water for morning coffee was the highlight! "
