"This hotel is a great place to stay, decorated with mining memorabilia, which is a nice nod to the region. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. My negative comments are that the towels are not soft and fluffy, they feel like rags (sorry!). The situation with the TV is lame too. The only way you can watch TV is by logging in with your own subscriptions, there is no local cable or TV offered. The hotel was pretty dead when we were there, not sure how much business they get so maybe that's why the cable isn't available. The complementary breakfast is not fresh - it's all frozen prepared foods - but the woman who worked the breakfasts was extremely friendly and attentive, and always kept our coffee full. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and it was very good."

"I waa very happy to see the upgrades to the game rooms. I waa disappointed at out last visit. They have a very nice staff and very helpful. Our accommodations were very cleaned too. We have visited this resort from 1988."

"Host forgot to confirm our stay with front desk of resort. It was a bit of a mess getting checked in. But overall the stay was nice."

"They graciously accommodated by dog and we were able to stay in the barn. Super spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, made to order :) The staff were awesome!! I had a small medical emergency, and they were extremely supportive. Above and beyond :) Definitely coming again and bringing my family. "

"The cabin was mostly clean and very comfortable. View of the lake from inside the cabin is spectacular. Kitchen was well-stocked and many condiments were available. Didn't know we needed to bring toilet paper, paper towels or napkins. The dock pictured is not at this property. Loved our stay and would go back again and again."

"The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. "

"Place was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities. Location was very peaceful and quiet except for the wildlife. Will definitely look to stay there again if we visit the area. "
