Only downside to the hotel was that the tea and coffee was not topped up on a daily basis. Other than that, the hotel was very very good, staff are ultra helpful and speak good English. Facilities are also very good with gym and games room. Overall a very comfortable experience!
From the moment that we arrived we were treated with the utmost care. We stayed for 4 nights and I really do not think there is one flaw I could mention. It was a smooth and seamless stay for the entire time . Incredible property, no wonder so many people throw lavish weddings and engagements here every weekend ! Right by the Bosporous, so views from breakfast were amazing.... Btw the breakfasts are my most important category, and they excelled ...
friendly staff, excellent spa facilities, good location, and anxious to differentiate themselves. Food and beverage need more attention, with plenty of room to improve. They should stop allowing guests smoking in balconies as the wind brings the smoke into adjacent rooms, and smell sticks to curtains.

The suites are almost perfect and its really exceptional. The suites includes everything and they did not forget everything even the candles. The rooms are so well equipped, clean and tidy. The administration and the staff are extremely polite and supportive. Honestly its one of the best places I ever saw. All together the suite looks like brand new and you are the first one use it.
Situated on the European side of Istanbul, across the Golden Horn from the historic city centre, Besiktas lies on the coast of the Bosporus. The area is becoming increasingly upscale, with an influx of trendy cafés and international boutiques. Besiktas is also home to Turkey’s oldest sports club, whose football team is enthusiastically supported throughout the district.
