Nothing much to complain about the property. Car park is 5 mins walk away.
Bar was good and staff there was friendly, however at the reception whether it was night or day time do not think they wanted to be there. No smiles, no welcoming.. pretty poor really

Stunning house from the outside.
Beautiful inside.
Stayed in courtyard room which was a really good size, comfortable large bed, clean bathroom although could do with an update.
Both atrium and 1853 restaurants had really good evening food.
Buffet breakfast was plentiful and really delicious with plenty of options for my dairy intolerant wife so top marks to management for that.
We really enjoyed spending time in the Library room/bar, the perfect room for just chilling.
The grounds are stunning with the trees in full autumnal colours.
Can't fault our three night stay, glad we chose Tortworth Court for my birthday celebrations.
Will definitely be going back.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
"Plenty of parking and shops (Asda) is close by. The gym downstairs is well kitted out with machines/free weights. The room had plenty of room & a desk to work at if needed? It was a shame that the refurbishment was going on around the hotel during my stay but it wouldn't stop me from using it ..."

9.6/10 Exceptional! (394 reviews)
"Booked a room for my wife's birthday, hotel emailed me a week earlier with any special requests, allergies, etc., which I replied to. However, upon check-in the reception were not aware of this so that process is a waste of time. Why bother asking the resident all these questions if you're not going ..."
