This hotel is one of the top hotels I have stayed in over the past 30 years of travelling to London. Great area with good access to nice restaurants and attractions The hotel architecture is amazing. Treat yourself to an upgraded room. You won’t be disappointed

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly helpful staff and great location.

The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, perhaps not quite as nice as it appeared on their promotional pics. Room was small but the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street, and our visit was on a warm evening. The air con didn't seem to be controllable from the room, so it was a case of street noise and fresh air vs. warm and stuffy room. Breakfast was decent, and staff were mostly friendly and attentive, which helped to create a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff were fantastic, breakfast was fresh, close to everything. Our evening stroll was to the louvre, tuilleries, the seine, or the opera, that tells you how close we were to the heart of the city.

The location is great. The Metro is just in front, restaurants are plenty, bars and clubs are near-by. Shopping is near. But all this comes with a noise problem. Although the room was very large, there was no drawers or shelves. I had to live out of my suitcase and I was not happy with this. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and always with a big smile which makes things very good.
