« We cannot thank Hamish and Susie enough for their warm welcome and their kindness way above and beyond. The perfect hosts.It was the perfect haven of rest that we needed before and after our son’s wedding.They had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. The linen was crisp and luxurious and the towels were fluffy and soft. And for someone who really appreciates fragrance, the linen and towels and the hideaway smelt beautiful. Thank you so much Hamish and Susie. We will be back! »

She has great knowledge of the surrounding area as we wanted to go walking and even emailed with an extra details.The guest to guest book was good giving information on successful trips by them. The bird seed was a lovely addition and we enjoyed seeing the local ones devour the food we had put out. »

« There is no parking at the property. It’s pot luck on roads around the property!! I received a parking ticket during my stay having specifically booked because the listing said parking. The beds were really comfortable, but some of the cleanliness and condition of things was questionable. There’s also a really noisy neighbour who blares television through the wall until 12pm. Shame, it had so much potential. »
