It is directly across the entrance to the Cacapon State Park and is a wonderful retreat. The only down side is that it does depend on well water, so you don't have an unlimited supply of water. We rationed our showers and kept them short, and bought bottled water to drink, and we had no problem. ##### Patricia D. Sarah, the host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The home is located in a small vacation home community but out of sight of neighboring properties and is very quiet. Very clean and comfy, situated within a gorgeous community. Close to state parks, groceries, etc. Property manager was very responsive, even late on a Saturday night.
